Mr. Gabriely joined T.L.M. at 1971 after two years of working for TAHAL water planning as a member of the west bank water supply panel. As the water engineer of the team established by the Israeli Goverment toward infrastructures planning the Gaza strip and North Sinai, Mr. Gabriely took part in the general design of the water and sewage planning of the whole area.
Later on, and for a period of four years he acted as the chief engineer of one of the biggest water Construction firms in Israel, constructing and implementing water and sewerage networks and plants.
In 1978 Mr. Gabriely was invited to join T.L.M. as director in charge of infrastructure planning and in the same year he became one of the two owner of the company.
For the Last 20 years Mr. Gabriely is the Managing Director and is incharge of some of the biggest regional sewage network design in Israel such as: the Maged El Crum valley ($3 million), Waddi Ara Main and treatment plant for population of 100,000 in three cities ($10 million) and the Low Galilee region Mains and treatment plant ($20 million).
Therewithal planning and designing water networks, pumping stations reservoirs and facilities for more than thirty Local councils and citys around Israel.
In 1998 Mr. Gabriely has aquired H.G.M. Consulting eng. Ltd a highly qualified engineering firm, in the field of water, sewage and industrial waste water treatment.
H.G.M. is operating currently under the name of H.G.M. Infrastructures Design (1998) Ltd serving some of the bigger citys in Israel.
Mr. Gabriely is a director in Dekel Computers Services Ltd., the publishers of the "Cost of Building Book" and eng. software.
